Lately, fans of the band All Time Low have been saying, “I paid thirty-five dollars to join The Hustler Club and all I got was this lousy t-shirt”, but is that really all they get? When The Rise Of Cobra began, (sorry, but the G.I. Joe pun was too much to resist), it was with a joke remake of a Gwen Stefani song and a single getting put into arguably one of the worst movies in the last few years plot-wise. With the release of their first album While The City Sleeps, We Rule The Streets the band managed to create some of the best music it would ever release and while not immediately becoming popular from it, it came in time by touring.

Let’s roll back the clock a bit, ten years, to be exact. A decade ago, Warped Tour was on its fifth official run with a lineup much smaller than what you might see on the tour today. In 1999, the Warped Tour kicked off at the beginning of the year in New Zealand and Australia during their Summer and began the USA portion of the tour during the Summer in the Northern Hemisphere. Besides the changes in venues and tour stops, the atmosphere of Warped Tour along with the music you may hear while walking the grounds has changed.
