Breathe Carolina Hello Fascination CD Review

Breathe Carolina, a two piece band (except when on tour) from Denver, Colorado released their second CD on August 18, 2009 called Hello Fascination. This screamo/electronica band previously released an album last year called It’s Classy, Not Classic. The band has kept busy this summer by being on the 2009 Vans Warped Tour. Soon Breathe Carolina will be joining the Dance Rawr Dance 3 Tour with Family Force 5, Cash Cash, Queens Club and I Rival.

The first song released off Hello Fascination is “Welcome To Savannah” which came out in June on the Fearless Records Summer Sampler 2009. Not only is this song catchy but the lyrics aren’t that bad either. It’s one of those songs that you either connect with, dance with, or both. The second song released off the album is “Hello Fascination” back in July. I happen to really like this song because it has an equal amount of singing and screaming and it balances out the song.

Another song off the album to listen to is “I’m The Type Of Person To Take It Personal.” It starts out by screaming and then mixes with singing and screaming through out the song. I would definitely add this song to any party playlist. The following song “Take Me To Infinity” is just as good. This song isn’t just a dance song it also has adorable lyrics too. As for the rest of the album, the catchy beats and the lyrics that fit right in continue throughout in each song.

Hello Fascination is absolutely one of the best albums made for dancing that has come out this year. I highly doubt any other album can beat it. I rate the vocals and lyrics for this album an 8/10. I rate the album art a 9/10 just because of how creative it is. I recommend everyone to buy this album because it’s worth it. Be sure to catch Breathe Carolina on the Dance Rawr Dance 3 Tour and any other future tours.
