At the age of 18, Christofer Ingle, also known as NeverShoutNever! has become a very successful artist, mainly through his music on MySpace. This acoustic pop writer recently gave fans the gift of some new tunes, with the new CD What Is Love? The same great sound remains constant, with 8 new songs thrown in.

“Jane Doe” is a song that should get to any romantic. It’s an adorable love song, about being crazy about someone you barely know. The song is short and sweet, but he sure makes his message clear, and the song gets two thumbs up. He continues to express his undying love in the song “Can’t Stand It”. It makes it pretty obvious that he believes in love at first sight, and has experienced it in each track on the CD so far. I was crossing my fingers for a little changeup.

Judging by the title of the song “I Love You 5” I could tell I was going to be disappointed. This guy sure has a lot of love to express, but at least he does it well. The song is definitely catchy, and the talent is clearly there. There’s a variety of instruments and sounds, and the songs sounds pretty decent as a whole. “What Is Love” was pleasantly surprising. Finally a little anger in the lyrics and it’s very distinct in his tone as well. This song was absolutely my favorite on the album. It has a great beat, sound, and stands out from the other tracks, and it was definitely about time.

Regardless, is anyone’s got talent, it’s NeverShoutNever! Ingle is an awesome songwriter, who sings with so much feeling, and plays guitar well on top of that. This CD is a genuine production, and I would recommend it indeed.
