UK Band#7: MexicoFALLZ

MexicoFALLZ are one of the most young and energetic bands coming out of Kent. They are turning heads everywhere they play and are having no trouble building a strong fan base. Their music is inspired by a blend of punk sounds and ‘old school’ Nintendo beats which guarantee to have you tapping your feet and singing along with the catchy choruses. Although forming in 2006 Lewis (vocals), Rich (guitar & vocals), Alex (bass), Marcus (guitar & vocals) and Bird (drums) played their first show in January 2007.

The boys of MexicoFALLZ have had the pleasure of sharing the stage with rising UK bands such as Me vs Hero, Paige, Throwing Paper Aeroplanes, Look! I’m a Ghost and more. They are known for giving a great live show which entails trashing themselves across the stage but also showing how much passion they have for their music. They signed to Tap n Tip records in August 2008 and it started off really slowly. Now however they are ready to launch their new self-titled album in the fall , which will be available on iTunes.

Their current plans are to tour and promote their new album as much as they possibly can. They hope to get a five date mini tour with their friends LightsGoBlue just after their release and also plan for a hopeful upcoming October tour.
